Adam Heding
I have resided in Waushara County for most of my life and currently live in Wautoma with my wife and son. In my time away from the office I enjoy skiing, golfing, fishing and spending time with my family.
I have worked in the title and real estate industries for the past ten years. I have done title examinations for everything from simple residential products to large multi-site commercial transactions. The expertise I have developed over the years will insure a hassle free transaction.
Dean Eagan
My family has lived in Waushara County for over 100 years. I have 30 years of experience in the Insurance and Real Estate industries. In addition to holding an insurance license, I have a Real Estate Broker license and a BS in Education. My family includes my wife Jan, 5 children and 8 grandchildren. Our title services will help you close more transactions, save time and provide a stress free settlement process.
Mary M. Bohn
I have been a member of the Eagan team for more thant 20 years, before that I worked five years for a local attorney. With my combined knowledge of real estate and insurance, I am well equipped to successfully close your real estate transations. I am responsible for preparing closing documents, make disbursement if funds and file any necessary documents after closing. I will personally see you through you closing from deginning to end. I currently hold a Wisconsin real estate broker license and enjoy working with buyers and sellers. My home is in Wautoma and I enjoy beading. scrapbooking, stamping and most other activities.

Originally I’Äôm from Peshtigo, Wisconsin but have also had the opportunity to live in Idaho Falls, Idaho; Tomah, Wisconsin and finally Wautoma. Through these moves I’Äôve had the privilege of meeting many interesting people and developing life-long friendships. I’Äôve worked in the Title Insurance field for approximately 20 years with not only Abstract and Title Insurance, but also as and escrow agent on residential and commercial construction loans. Holding a Real Estate license has also opened new doors to the endless opportunities in this field.
